Home Inspiration: Three Ways to Display Succulents

Posted by Danielle Golding on 29th Jun 2018

There is no getting away from the fact that everyone seems to be loving house plants right now. Whether artificial or real they add a sense of calm and peacefulness to your home. Succulents are cropping up everywhere, they are perfect if you have a small space and they come in the nicest of colours, from pastel pink to the greenest of green. The chunky block stems and strange shaped profile make the plants so unique and eye catching. No wonder they are so popular right now!

What we love about Succulents is that you can showcase them in a number of ways with them being a smaller plant. You can show them off in a way that reflects your style and home. We have used Artificial Succulents to show you our three favourite ways to display them.

Glass Fishbowls

Create a mini garden by using several different succulents all in one glass fishbowl. Use decorative white gravel or even sand to fill the empty space. This is great for adding height to your display and gives it a clean modern finish. Fishbowls create a unique and special arrangement, as they are translucent you can see the beauty of the plants from every single angle.

Wooden Dish

We love the natural feel of this arrangement there's just something very visually appealing about it. Using just 2 types of succulents creates a simple design but still very stylish. The pastel colours of the succulents and the rawness of the wooden dish gives a rustic yet modern feel. The long angular shape of the woods provides a fun feel to the arrangement which would suit just about anywhere in your home.

The simple design of the pot helps keep the sole focus on the succulent. This idea would work wonderfully on a shelf or suspended as the trailing succulents can cascade naturally adding softness to your space.
