How To: Bonfire Night Arrangement

Posted by Jessica Walton on 5th Nov 2016

This arrangement is an explosion of colour made in this lovely textured scooped out log.

You will need:
Chinese Lantern
Artificial Rose Berry Spray Red
Artificial Harvest Maple Berry Road
Artificial Gerbera Two Tone Orange
Mullberry Chrysanthemums find in store
Log container available in store
Rustik Grape Vine Wire Brown

Step One
Cut a piece of dried foam and push down into the log, make sure it is slightly taller than the top of the pot.

Step Two
Cut a small amount off of the bottom of the Chinese Lantern stems and push into the centre of the foam.

Step Three
Add the rosehips around and through the vertical Chinese lanterns.

Step Four- Cut the berry sprays into small pieces and arrange around the other flowers, keep them low so that they cover the foam.

Step Five
Place the gerberas throughout the design, they are a very bold flower so it is important keep space between each flower for maximum impact.

Step Six
Arrange the Lovely mulberry chrysanthemums inbetween the other flowers.

Step Seven
As a finishing touch coil some of the rustic wire around the base of the flowers to create a twiggy effect.

This arrangement would create a beautiful centre piece at your Bonfire night party or just add a lovely splash of the autumn season to your home. Send us in your creations @countrybaskets on Facebook and Twitter.
