How To- Make a Christmas Centrepiece

Posted by Danielle Golding on 21st Oct 2021

Welcome to our first edition of our Christmas How-To's! Today we are sharing with you how to create your own Christmas centrepiece. This will look stunning in your home this season and because we have used artificial flowers, you can bring this out year after year.

Lets get started..

What you will need:

  • Rectangular planter- we used 862033602 available in store
  • Floral Foam- available in store
  • Candle Holders - we used xma1601 available in Leeds
  • Artificial Flowers- we used 11200524, 11228962, xp1720
  • Natural Moss- we used 101701

Step One:

Using a foam knife, carefully cut the foam to the fit snug in your chosen container.

Step Two:

Gently push the candle holders in to the foam, creating a little dent in the foam for them to sit in.

Step Three:

To cover the exposed oasis we used natural moss, this also helps the arrangement look more realistic!

Step Four:

Now it is time to add the flowers and greenery, there is no right or wrong here. Have a play around with where you feel things look best, just make sure balance the colours and textures.

When you are happy with the centerpeice, pop in some candles, light them, and place on your table to enjoy all season long.
