Neil currently runs Design Element Flowers in Salford. He has a wealth of both national and international awards to his name, competing at Interflora World Cups all over the World. Most recently he competed over in Berlin in 2015 at the World Cup, achieving second place. To go with his international recognition, he also has a fairly sizeable collection of Chelsea Gold Medals and gained his National Diploma of Floristry in 1998. Neil also boasts the highest placing by a British competitor at the Europa Cup, achieving fourth place back in 2007 in Slovenia.

BFA have also named Neil their florist of the year on many occasions, including 2007, 2009 and 2010. Another floristry body, Interflora, have also recognised Neil’s talents awarding him their florist of the year as well.
