Noir Foam - The Colour
Its biggest selling point is that it doesn’t need to be completely covered, thus saving you time which in turn saves you money in multiple ways. The black foam absorbs more light and is less reflective than the standard green foam. It’s less visible within the design meaning you don’t have to completely hide the foam. In addition the Noir foam can be incorporated into the design itself, allowing you to expose the foam as part of the design.
Noir Foam - The Quality
There is no need to question the quality of the black foam, as it is the same as the tried and tested green floral foam. In a study, out of every one million blocks sold less than four people had any complaints. Jan Watters florist says “Great looking and same quality as green”. The foam has a great grip which secures your stems in place. You can be confident your flowers and accessories will stay in the same position when first applied, a necessity for transporting your finished designs.
Noir Foam - Maxlife Qualities
The floral foam has properties which increases the flower life up to 50% than older foam products. It absorbs water very quickly, roughly 50 seconds. It then retains 98% of this water allowing the flowers to stay hydrated for longer. Helping the flowers thrive is that the Noir foam has an optimum PH value. A Noir foam block can hold up to 1.9litres of water, super hydration for your flowers.

Noir Foam - Short Demonstration
Tracy Rowbottom received the black foam to trial and just as the majority have said, she was happy with the quality and properties of the foam. The black foam added depth and sped up the time it took to finish her design by using less flowers and foliage. Tracy used the foam in a BIOLIT base so no need to cover that part either.
