The Sheffield College welcomed Country Baskets into their inspiring floristry room, where all things floral flourish!

With lots to get through and fun to have, we decided to jump into our Easter game! How would you go about protecting an egg dropped from a height with few materials? That’s exactly what the teams of creative minds had to design. Smiles and concentration were in abundance while the team set to work, with a splash of broken egg for good measure.

This team spent a good amount of time cutting and measuring, with surprising precision!

Although this team's egg was liquidated when it came to the drop, it was still smiles all round!

This team named their creation "Bottoms Up". They hoped the straws would channel the force away from the egg. It probably would have worked but it tipped up, going "bottoms up" during the fall and the egg broke!

Congratulations to the winning team! The team won with their creation: "Geronimo!"

With the game coming to an end, it was time to open the presents, and Christmas truly came late for these enthusiastic florists!

Connecting with the up and coming florists was very enjoyable and valuable from Country Baskets’ perspective. They were passionate Although we’ve made steps in the right direction, going forward, we vowed to make the floristry industry environmentally friendly!
