Spooky potion bottle for Halloween
Here at Country Baskets we love Halloween! We have a fantastic range of scary goodies both in-store and online. If you love Halloween as much as we do, have a go at this extra spooky potion bottle!
What you need:
Ivory Taper Candles 25 x 2.3 cm
Spray Paint Jet Black (Find in store)
Glue Gun and Sandpaper
Step One
Begin by drawing your desired design onto the surface of the glass bottle using a glue gun. Careful as the glue is hot!
Step Two
When the glue is dry spray the whole bottle black including the glue design.
Step Three
Using sandpaper start distressing the bottle paying extra attention to the glue design. This will age the bottle and give it an extra creep look!
Step Four
Wrap some hessian string around the neck of the bottle. This can be as messy as you like.
Step Five
stuff the opening with some dried forest moss and finish with a tapered candle stick.
