Any orders that are required for Christmas delivery should be placed by 11.59pm on Thursday 17th December (we aim to pick, pack and deliver your order within 3-5 working days)*, any orders placed after this cannot be guaranteed to be delivered before Christmas.
*subject to seasonal postal delays.
Orders placed between Thursday 24th December and Sunday 3rd January will be processed from Monday 4th January onward.

In light of the new Coronavirus restrictions in England and Scotland we regret to announce that this will affect our High Wycombe and Glasgow stores.
Our High Wycombe store is temporarily closed until the restrictions are lifted.
For our High Wycombe gold customers, you can continue to place orders for home delivery and click and collect.
The last day to shop in our Glasgow store will be Wednesday 23rd of December. After this our Glasgow store will be temporarily closed until the restrictions are lifted.
Our customer services department will be closed Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
